1. Booking and Reservation
Advance Notice: Parties must be booked at least 10-15 days in advance.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $95 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This will be deducted from the total cost of the party.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 1-3 days prior to the event date.
2. Guest Capacity
Minimum Guests: Each party must have a minimum of 3 guests
Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 or older to attend. If minors are included, parental consent is required.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, please notify us at least [number of days, e.g., 14 days] prior to the event for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Rescheduling: Parties can be rescheduled one time without penalty if notified at least [number of days, e.g., 14 days] before the original event date; otherwise, the original cancellation policy will apply.
